1. Services

Aallure Enterprises provides beauty services including lash extensions, waxing, photography, and studio rentals. By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments & Deposits

A deposit is required to book appointments. Deposits must be sent within 24 hours via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App, or your appointment will not be accepted.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to switch your appointment, a new deposit will be required.

3. Late & Cancellation Policy

A $15 late fee applies after 5 minutes. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation with deposit forfeited.

Appointments before 8:00am require you to confirm you are awake 30 minutes prior, or your appointment will be cancelled.

4. Guests & Appointment Environment

No additional guests are allowed during appointments to ensure a relaxing, focused experience for all clients. All services are by appointment only.

5. Payment

We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Full payment is due at the time of service. Deposits are deducted from your service total.

6. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm. Patch tests are available upon request for lash services.

7. Photography & Content

Aallure Enterprises may photograph services for portfolio and social media use. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed. For photography sessions, edited images are for personal use only. Commercial usage requires additional licensing.

8. Studio Rentals

Renters are responsible for any damages to equipment or the space during their rental period. The space must be left in the condition it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary.

9. Digital Products

All digital products (e-books, courses) are non-refundable after purchase. Products are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aallure Enterprises is not liable for any allergic reactions, damage, or injury resulting from services, provided all safety protocols were followed. Clients assume responsibility for following aftercare instructions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
